saavvi.hr took a different route: we started from talent.
As recruiters and HR specialists, we experienced first-hand how fragmented and unintuitive existing tools were. Instead of connecting people, they created silos. We decided to build something different: a unified, smarter, and simpler platform designed from the HR perspective, where technology serves people, not the other way around.
Our core is a next-generation Applicant Tracking System (ATS), expanded with a complete compliance, document management & Human Experience Management (HXM) platform that understands people, teams, and environments, not just records.
Our Origin Story: From ATS to HXM
We started by solving the hardest problem in HR: finding and placing the right people in the right environment.
From there, saavvi.hr evolved from its core, a smart ATS, into a unified HXM platform integrating compliancy processes, AI, psychology, and organizational science.
